9club8 Terms and Conditions of Use

Clause 1 — Definitions and Interpretation

"Platform" refers to the 9club8 website accessible at https://9club8.onl together with all services, games and functions contained within it. "User" or "Member" means any individual who has registered a valid account on this platform. "Terms" refers to the entirety of this terms and conditions document, including all appendices and related policies published from time to time.

Clause 3 — Deposits, Withdrawals and Financial Transactions

9club8 accepts various deposit methods including Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, FPX Online Banking, Boost and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC, ETH). The minimum deposit amount for all methods is RM30.

Withdrawals can be made for a minimum of RM100 per transaction. All verified withdrawal requests will be processed within 1 hour. Users are responsible for ensuring that the recipient account details provided are accurate — 9club8 is not responsible for any loss resulting from incorrect information.

All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) unless stated otherwise. 9club8 reserves the right to request verification of the source of funds before approving any withdrawal request for the purposes of fraud prevention and anti-money laundering.

Clause 4 — Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

9club8 offers a 100% welcome bonus on the first deposit, with a maximum bonus value of up to RM1,500. This bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 20x the bonus amount received.

As a calculation example: if a user deposits RM100 and receives a bonus of RM100, the account balance becomes RM200 and the total amount to be wagered is RM100 × 20 = RM2,000 before the bonus funds can be withdrawn. For a deposit of RM3,200 that receives a bonus of RM1,500 (balance RM4,700), the wagering requirement is RM1,500 × 20 = RM30,000.

Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts. 9club8 reserves the right to modify, withdraw or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. Any attempt to abuse bonuses through dishonest means may result in bonus cancellation and account termination.

• Bonus funds must be wagered within the period set by the terms of the relevant promotion.
• Wagering using bonus funds only (without personal funds) may not count towards meeting the wagering requirement depending on the game selected.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be combined unless specifically stated in the terms of the relevant promotion.

Clause 5 — Game Rules and User Conduct

All games on the 9club8 platform are operated using certified random number generators (RNG) and fair systems. Game results are final and cannot be disputed except where there is verifiable evidence of a technical failure.

Users are prohibited from engaging in the following activities on the 9club8 platform:

• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs or system vulnerabilities.

• Bronze — weekly cashback of up to 0.2%
• Silver — weekly cashback of up to 0.5%
• Gold — weekly cashback of up to 0.7%
• Platinum — weekly cashback of up to 1.0%
• Diamond — weekly cashback of up to 1.2%

Cashback is calculated based on net losses within the set weekly period. 9club8 reserves the right to modify cashback values, eligibility requirements and VIP benefits at any time. Any changes will be communicated to members through the platform's official communication channels.

Clause 7 — Account Security and User Responsibilities

Users are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account username and password. 9club8 recommends using a strong and unique password that is not used on any other platform.
